Hi everyone, this is Mayo of eco wrap Byron Bay.I love freshly baked bread but no bakery nearby as I live in the bush... so I bake bread every two or three days. My bread is very simple... prepare before bed and bake in the morning. Very limited kneading, simple yummy bread! 





So, mix all ingredients in the bawl then cover the bawl by large size ecowrap.
Ingredients: 300g flour, Pinch on salt and sugar, 7g oil, 220ml water, 3/4 teaspoon yeast
寝る前に300g 小麦粉、塩と砂糖各ひとつまみ、7g油、小さじ3/4イースト、220ml水をボールに入れて混ぜます。混ざったらecowrapでボールをカバーします。 

Take a dough out the bawl and knead a little... you can add olives or cheese etc

Shape the dough then rest to rise. I am too busy in the morning so I put my dough 50 degrees for 20 minutes in the oven instead. Take the dough out the dough now the double the size, then set the oven to 200 degrees. When the oven is ready, bake for 18mins...

Freshly baked bread is ready! So simple and such a lovely smell to start the morning for you and your family. Left over bread can be covered by medium size ecowrap to keep it fresh. Ecowrap, So handy!!!
